Project Overview
Following my involvement with the successful pitch, I was asked by Alive Communications to lead the delivery of the live elements for ServiceNow‘s flagship area, in The Gardens at Mobile World Congress 2025 (which is on the roof).
From October 2024 until event went live in March 2025, I worked with Alive’s account director and closely with ServiceNow’s event team to deliver this area at MWC
Part of the project proved challenging due to the tight space, outdoor elements – and weather conditions which ranged from wind, rain and extreme heat, all in the course of about 4 days!
Fortunately with a fantastic client and great support from Grand Fira and brilliant suppliers support – the challenges we faced we were prepared for, and overcame!
The result was a very happy client, and talks for 2026!
