Project Overview
Following my involvement with the successful event in 2025, I was asked back by Alive Communications to lead the delivery of the live elements for ServiceNow‘s flagship area, in The Gardens at Mobile World Congress 2026.
Once again, from October 2025 until event went live in March 2026, I worked with Alive’s account director and closely with ServiceNow’s event team to deliver this area at MWC
As usual, the project proved challenging due to utilising the space, new fences installed around air conditioning vents, and weather conditions – which in 2026 was much more stable that 2025 – albeit monsoon-like conditions on the last day!
As always, we worked with a fantastic client and great support from Grand Fira!
The result was a very happy client, and talks for 2027!
